1. Terms of use and licence

What you are buying

DubForge is a Windows desktop application for video localization. You are buying a licence to install and use it, delivered as a download plus a licence key. You are not buying a subscription, a cloud service, or any ongoing hosted processing.

What the licence covers

The two-machine limit is stated here and in the app. It is not enforced by a hardware lock or an activation server — we ask you to respect it.

What the base licence does not cover

Your content is your responsibility

DubForge is a tool. You are responsible for holding the rights to any video you process with it, and for complying with the terms of any platform you publish the result on. Do not use it to create material that impersonates a real person deceptively, or to process content you do not have permission to use.

Third-party services

Some features connect to services operated by other companies — see the privacy section below for exactly which, and when. Those services have their own terms, and their availability is outside our control.

Updates and support

Bug-fix updates for the version you bought are provided at no extra cost. Future major versions may be offered as a separate purchase. Support is provided by email and Telegram, in English, on a best-effort basis.

Warranty and liability

DubForge is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be free of errors, that its output will meet a particular quality standard, or that third-party services it connects to will remain available. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.

Your practical protection is the refund policy directly below: if the software does not do what the sales page said it does, you get your money back.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [TODO: your country/jurisdiction].

2. Refund policy

30 days, money back, no justification required. Email us from the address you purchased with and ask. That's the whole policy — everything below is just detail.

How to request one

Email n.surprise7@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase, from the email address you used to buy. Include your order or transaction ID if you have it — it makes the process faster, but we can find you without it.

You do not need to explain yourself. If you do tell us what went wrong we'll try to fix it, because we'd rather you end up with working software than with your money back — but that is entirely your choice, not a condition.

How long it takes

We process refund requests within 2 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method. How quickly it appears after that depends on your bank or card issuer — usually a few business days, sometimes longer.

What happens to your licence

When a refund is issued, the licence ends. Please uninstall DubForge and stop using the licence key. Any videos you already exported are yours to keep and use.

Please try it first

This isn't a condition of the refund, just a request: install it and run one real video through it before deciding. Most problems people refund over turn out to be a setting, a missing resource download, or a machine without a GPU trying to use voice cloning — all of which we can usually sort out in one email.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, please email us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. A refund request handled directly is faster for you than a chargeback, and it lets us actually fix whatever broke.

3. Privacy policy

Your video files stay on your computer. DubForge does not upload your footage anywhere. Transcription, editing, subtitle rendering and export all run locally on your machine.

What leaves your computer, and when

Being precise about this matters more than sounding good, so here is the complete list:

Voice cloning runs entirely on your own GPU. Nothing is sent anywhere for it.

What the application collects

DubForge contains no analytics, no telemetry, and no usage tracking. Licence verification is performed offline on your machine using a cryptographic signature — the app does not contact any activation server, and we have no way to see when or how often you use it.

Your projects, settings and exported videos are stored on your own disk, in folders you choose.

What we hold as the seller

When you buy, our payment platform passes us the information needed to complete the sale and support you: your name, email address, purchase details and transaction ID. We use it to deliver your licence key, to answer support requests, and to handle refunds. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.

Card and payment details are handled by the payment processor. We never see or store them.

Your rights

Email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Note that we may need to keep basic transaction records where the law requires it.

Cookies

This website uses [TODO: state what you actually run — if you add analytics, an affiliate tracking pixel, or a retargeting pixel, name it here. If none, say "no cookies beyond what the checkout requires".]

4. Contact and business details

DubForge is made and sold by [TODO: your name or registered business name], [TODO: address / country].

We answer support email in English, usually within one business day.

Results disclaimer

DubForge is a software tool, not a business opportunity or an income programme. Nothing on this website is a promise, projection or guarantee of income, earnings, or business results. What you get out of it depends on your source footage, your hardware, and the work you put in.
